I'm not a doctor — I'm something the clinical world can't replicate: a Lyme patient, mother, and wife who lived chronic Lyme from the inside and found the way back. Now I help you find yours.
In 2004 I was bitten by a tick in the San Francisco Bay Area and told, flatly, that "Lyme doesn't exist in California." That single sentence cost me a decade. For ten years I went from specialist to specialist — neurologists, podiatrists, everything in between — while the disease progressed and my life shrank. I had to close a thriving business and leave my career in mental health just to care for myself.
In 2014, after moving to Colorado and finally finding the right physician and the right labs, I got my answer: CDC-positive Lyme. Then my daughter, my son, and my husband all tested positive too. Lyme, I learned the hard way, is a family illness.
In 2017, my husband James found whole-body hyperthermia, and our whole family traveled to Germany for treatment. To say it gave us our lives back would be an understatement. But I also learned that recovery isn't a straight line — clearing an infection isn't the same as being immune to it, and our family's journey has continued in ways that shape how I help people today. I don't speak about any of this from the sidelines. I'm still living it.
I guide patients and families through the overwhelming maze of chronic Lyme: understanding your options, making sense of treatments from whole-body hyperthermia to immunotherapy, and connecting you with trusted hospitals and clinicians around the world. I walk beside you from first contact through treatment and recovery.

My guidance is always free to you. The hospitals and programs I partner with compensate me only if you choose to move forward with treatment — so my only goal in our conversation is helping you find what's right for you, with zero pressure and nothing to sell.

I've documented this journey openly for years — through in-depth guides, a large video library, and honest updates — to give others the resource I couldn't find.
Ten years misdiagnosed, a whole family treated, and a recovery I'm still living. It's the perspective no textbook can teach — and the heart of how I help.
This is your story and your body. My job is to be the guide who helps you see clearly and choose confidently — never to decide for you.
No guaranteed cures, no pressure, no false promises. Real options, real trade-offs, and the truth as I've lived it.
The maze that cost me a decade is exactly what I want to spare you. A single honest conversation can change everything.
