Had another herx and this one was epic! In the thick of it but moving slowly. The final stretch sucks; just hard with all the die off. Sore elbows, feet and a big knot on the back of my head.

Being a slow detoxer is rough! So, for me it’s important to get out in the fresh air so we went to the Thai place for dinner.

Other suggestions: bring a power strip. This way you only need 2 converters and you’ll be able to power all of your electronics easier!
