Change in schedule, Bella and I will be ‘baking’ together tomorrow. A brief review of the afternoon talk that Dr. Douwes gave regarding gut health and post treatment pregnancy to name a few. The name of the OTC that is great for muscle pain is Voltaren. Highly recommend!
